What we do
Sweet Pea Salads is a budding small enterprise looking to set up in Hertford that grows fresh, healthy, & colourful seasonal salad to restaurants, shops & caterers. We aim to:
- To deliver the best tasting, freshest salads within a day of harvest
- To grow healthy, happy food along organic lines
- To use non-polluting methods
And we aim to do so in a sustainable way, encouraging biodiversity, use non-polluting methods and we look to use local suppliers
